Jon Miller

Available over Teletherapy
Jon is a Clinical Social Worker and received his Master’s in Social Work from Northern Arizona University. He also earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. While he originally explored medicine, he discovered his passion for social work and now loves being able to blend both degrees; applying his knowledge of fitness and health to support mental well-being in his clients. Jon also worked for three years as a Registered Behavior Technician, which gave him a lot of hands-on experience before stepping into his current role.
Jon’s favorite part about being a therapist is being able to meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they work toward healing and transformation. It’s incredibly rewarding to see people grow, and he feels grateful to play a part in that process.
Outside of work, Jon really values quality time with his wife and daughter. Whether that’s spending time at the playground, going on little family adventures, or just enjoying everyday moments together. They also have a puppy who keeps them busy and makes life a lot of fun. Fitness is another big part of Jon’s life, whether he’s lifting weights or just finding ways to stay active. And when he’s not doing that, he’s probably following football and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
One mindset that Jon tries to carry into everything he does is: if I can be 1% better today than I was yesterday, that’s progress. Whether it’s being a better husband, father, therapist, or even just showing up in the gym, he’s growing as a person.
Overall, Jon tries to keep things pretty simple: he loves his family, fitness, and football. He’s grateful to be doing the work he does and to keep finding ways to improve each day.
