Jeffrey earned his Master of Social Work from Walden University and is committed to offering compassionate, individualized care to those navigating life’s challenges.
Jeffrey specializes in working with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and concerns related to death and dying. He is also passionate about supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and those experiencing spiritual concerns or faith transitions. In addition to these areas, Jeffrey has experience helping clients address a variety of emotional, relational, and life-transition concerns.
Jeffrey’s therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. He utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT), Narrative Therapy, and principles of Radical Acceptance. He works to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel supported in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Jeffrey believes meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. He is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate challenges, develop new skills, and reconnect with their strengths. His goal is to help clients build greater resilience, confidence, and hope as they move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
