Available in the Highland Office and over Teletherapy

Originally from Southern California, Elisha has lived in Utah for close to 20 years and enjoys spending time with her children, a variety of hobbies, and being in nature. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from The University of Utah in 2015. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and client-centered environment.

Elisha enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, crisis, and relationship challenges using evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), all through a trauma-informed lens.

Elisha believes healing happens within a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. She prioritizes meeting individuals where they are, honoring their lived experiences and right to self-determination. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, creating a space where individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
