She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and client-centered environment.
Elisha enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, crisis, and relationship challenges using evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), all through a trauma-informed lens.
Elisha believes healing happens within a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. She prioritizes meeting individuals where they are, honoring their lived experiences and right to self-determination.
