Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication from Southern Utah University and earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2024. His career path reflects a deep commitment to helping others navigate life’s challenges—from supporting youth in outdoor, skill-building environments to assisting individuals in accessing essential services like Medicaid and SNAP as an eligibility specialist.
Driven by a desire to contribute more directly to individual well-being, Brett brings a grounded, collaborative approach to his counseling work. He focuses on helping clients identify barriers, reconnect with their younger self, and move toward meaningful personal growth. He works particularly well with those who are ready to engage in the process of change.
Brett is a certified SYMBIS facilitator (premarital counseling), and draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. He values continuous learning and is committed to deepening his clinical skills to better serve his clients. His goal is to support clients in building healthier relationships—with themselves and others—and living more fulfilling lives.
When not working, Brett loves to spend time with his wife and young boys. Brett loves to be outside. His hobbies include sports, camping, fishing, and hunting.
