Thank you for voting us Best Counseling Center in Utah Valley!
For the past 6 years we’ve won Best Counseling Center for the Daily Herald Readers’ Choice Awards! Now that’s saying something!
We are also excited to announce that we came in FIRST PLACE for Best Counseling Center for Utah Valley Magazine, as well!
We are so proud to serve our community and remain committed to providing the highest quality of mental health care both through teletherapy and face-to-face visits. We really do have the best therapists and office staff!
Aspen Counseling Services adheres to strict DHS Guidelines. Our office is open for face-to-face therapy and we want you to know we are strictly following Utah Department of Health and CDC guidelines in order to provide the highest quality of mental health care in the safest environment possible. Because the health and well-being of our clients, therapists and staff is of utmost importance, we will continue to offer Teletherapy for those clients who wish to stay at home. Please call our office to schedule an appointment with your therapist. Please see recommendations of the WHO and CDC. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/index.html
PLEASE NOTE: Most insurance providers are covering Teletherapy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic! This information may vary according to your particular plan, and co-pays and deductibles still apply. Please contact your insurance provider to verify, then call our office to schedule your Teletherapy session!
NOTE: All Teletherapy sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPPA compliant video-therapy service.
Our Commitment to You:
Provide a confidential, supportive and safe environment.
Assist our clients in developing more fulfilling rewarding relationships
Help our clients gain confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Empower our clients to develop new solutions to the challenges they face.
Aspen Counseling Services is paneled with Educator's Mutual Insurance (EMI), Blue Cross Blue Shield, and SelectHealth Insurance plans. If you have a different insurance provider, call your insurance provider for details about your benefits. If you qualify for reimbursement for out-of-network benefits, we will be more than happy to provide you with the required documentation that you can then send off to your insurance company.
